The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star got mom-shamed for barely making any effort to parent her own child but as always, Khloe did not hesitate to tell off the trolls.
It all started when one fan posted a paparazzi pic that featured Khloe pushing one year old True in a stroller.
But they were not alone; there was also another woman with her and she has been in the company of the Kar-Jenners in public before!
As it turns out, it was Khloe’s nanny!
